One of our family favorites is corned beef and cabbage sandwiches. We usually stock up on corned beef for St. Patrick's Day- John keeps a watch for leakers which we can buy at a discount. We boil up the corned beef until tender. Then after we take out the meat we boil the cabbage in the same water...
