I like a really easy grated carrot salad; grated carrots, mayo and raisins. Sunshine salads are fun-orange jello and grated carrots, I definately go for carrot cake and muffins, especially frosted with cream cheese frosting. I used to like carrot juice but don't have a juicer anymore. joan of ark
