Thanks everyone for the advice. The lice are now gone for good. If you live in Silicon Valley, CA there is a great place in Saratoga, CA called Hair Care Therapy (haircaretherapy.com). Lice is what they do. It costs, but it is VERY WORTH IT. Thanks Again.
