  • Baking Potatoes for Different Lengths of Time

    Have you heard of a system of baking potatoes in bulk, but for different lengths of time so that those pulled out before being fully done can be used for other purposes? As I understand it, some would be removed after so many minutes, marked to be used for ??? and frozen, then others would be removed...

  • Preparing Ahead Instead of Cooking Ahead

    I know several of us here cook in bulk amounts so we can freeze and save time for later. Has anyone assembled the raw ingredients of a meal then frozen it to be cooked at a later time? Check out the Dollar Stretcher article on this and share your opinions!
