Here is another easy one: Meatloaf sandwhiches
When you make meatloaf - make 2. Cut the second one into slices and freeze. Then when you need a quick meal, defrost - can be eaten hot or cold. We serve on bread or buns with green salad and corn on the cob.
In the Summer,we like to put the meatloaf slices on the grill-cook just like a burger and ...

Good Morning Everyone - 60 degrees and cloudy here today. Walked 3 miles at 6.00am, have 2 loads of laundry on the outdoor clothes line, tomato soup in the crockpot and dough for french bread in the breadmaker. Took the twins to PT and dropped off our dvds and books off at the library on the way back.

Sunshinetreva - hoping you will be feeling better soon - it always feels good to be done with the first trimester, I think. Wishing you luck!

Loveday - agreed! I have read that one too-the scene with the milk bottles is too funny-and the phone chatter on the train.

Today I have Apple Bread Pudding in one of my crockpots.
Martha posted this recipe a while back and we love it-great for using up leftover bread & crusts.

We all have bikes except the twins. We ride for pleasure/keeping fit e.t.c. Right now, I don't ride mine much since the twins can't ride-no doubt that will change when they are able to. DH & the boys ride at least once a week weather permitting - more often in the Summer.

budgetwise - great idea - here is another one. We like to add broccoli to this and you can use any meat-leftover ham or whatever you have. We use leftover baked potatoes to make it even faster. Quick and easy for sure.
