We often tell our dog that we are going to hook a plow to him and make him mow our lot!  :)  If only it was that simple!

No money should go out today, except i may have to run to the drugstore at lunch and purchase some eyedrops.  My eyes are rather itchy this morning.  DH is giving a private camera lesson today on his day off, so that is some extra $$$ in! I hope he decideds to make one of his "concoctions" for dinner, i am in the mood for ...

That brings back memories! My mother used to order from them when i was young and i loved to look through the catalog.   When i was visiting my inlaws in Colorado Springs back in October we passed Current and i had a huge flashback to looking through my mom's catalogs and playing with the stationary.  :)    

i went out to Costco this morning and spent a bit over $70.  Which is good since we've only spent $181 in food for the month up until today.   And it was all on food/drinks.  Nothing else extra made it into the cart, though there was a shirt i was eyeballing!  :)  

Do you know about how many pretzles this would make?  Just curious what size baking sheet would be good.   This sounds like a great recipie for me and DH.. we love pretzels!  We are often at WaWa to get gas.. and always a soft pretzel!

Someone posted a blog here....  and it was about a woman who was going to barter for some milk with another woman who owned a farm...  but in turn the woman who owned the farm began to give lessons about frugal living.  I want to say the blog was called something along the lines of "All i learned from _____ farm" ...

Today was pretty stretchy.. sans the $13 lunch DH and i had at Arby's...  but it was in celebration because i ran the SPCA 5K!  I ran/walked the 5k in 41 mins/47secs.  My goal was to finish in under 45 mins!  I beat it with flying colors!  DH and our dog, Oliver, were waiting for me near the finish and pushed me to ...

we save spaghetti sauce jars for DH to brew his iced tea.  Then he has a nice glass jar with a lid to take to work!
