  • Re: Selling Mobile Home while your living in it.

That is a good idea about the dealerships thanks. Nope the owner just wants us and it gone. They have some mental health issues and threatened us last month , came back said they were sorry and stuff ....but we just don't feel safe here at all.

Thanks for all the tips and well wishs. We have gone through and packed anything we don't use daily so no clutter including closets and kitchen cabinets. We have made repairs, cleaned carpets and have put new 2in blinds up in all rooms. We had the outside cleaned by a proffesional.  Nice towels in the bathrooms and flowers on the ...

It is paid off but we don't own the land it is on.  The rent to own is a good idea if you can do it but we do need to just sell it outright to help with the moving costs. It is only four years old but when people are comparing it to a new home where the lot can finance is easier I guess. I'm just trying to brainstorm. Thanks for the ...

  • Selling Mobile Home while your living in it.

This really is two questions I guess. Last fall we started house hunting and an agent had a few people intrested in looking at our manufactured home before we listed it. That  was pre market meltdown.  Now we have been advertising it to death in every paper and local webiste  and have only had 2 people show interest. ...

  • Re: Depression Recipes on Youtube

I watched them last week and loved them. Just listening to her stories is worth watching them. I think what her grandson is doing is wonderful so many people don't take the time to learn from the older generations, at least not among my peers. They think that because their grandparents/parents did not grow up with computers, text msg. etc. ...

It opeans up and the flap part is like small bag I keep my keys and cell phone in that area. The base part has a opean pouch area where I keep receipts, a zippered pocket where I keep libary, discount cards and cash, It also has ...

  • Re: Substitutes for those little luxuries

We cut our Dish service back to the 19.00 package, sure I miss HGTV but it was not worth that extra 30.00 a month. We live in a rural area and use to stock up at Sams once a month. We still go to Sams but don't buy much prepackaged items now, mostly just meat. I have been shopping the sales at the groc and dollar stores. I'm reading up on ...

  • Re: Question about apartment living

When I first married I lived in an apt with my teenage step son. Some of the positive aspects were that because it was a smaller space we spent more time together than we did after we moved to a large house. The complex had a basketball court and pool where he could go hang out but I still could find him and keep an eye on him pretty easy without ...

  • Re: February 21 $$$$ Strectching

I don't have any plans to spend any actual money today but am researching the spending of lots. We are having to relocate soon so I am spending my day on the MLS trying to check out options. My husband also ordered these large storage buckets for buying food in bulk that were delivered last night so I don't even want to think what next ...

  • Re: Dell Credit

We have bought four Dell computers some buisness and some personal. Two of them we used Dell credit to buy and have not had an issue with them. I am not saying some people may have problems with them but wanted to mention our positive experiance. We have been very happy with our computers both desktop and laptops. I hope you can find a desktop ...
