When I was in Oaxaca, we used to go to a vegetarian cafe and get a sandwich that had a thin layer of refried beans, oaxacan cheese and avocado, it was served on something simlar to a sourdough, loved it!

I am hoping that we will be able to do that soon, and use my tips and paycheck to pay down debt.

I am trying to keep things as low as possible this month as we owe the IRS. My goal for April is $200 for food, health beauty aids, and pet stuff. I spent almost that much this past weekend so I think I can do it!

Great job Retired!!! Dh got a new job! Pay is better (slow week is equal to what he is making now). He starts in 2 weeks. Hoping this will help our situation. We are doing the best we can but right now it is crazy. We owe the IRS this year for federal, not sure about state yet.
