• Re: Homemade deodorants?

I've read of simply wiping on rubbing alcohol, or peroxide to keep down the bacteria. I'm going to start doing that and see how it goes. • Re: Cutting Costs

Do you get tax refunds every year? One way to get money when you need it is to change your W-4 form at work to even your tax liability down to the point at filing time you don't owe, nor do you get much back. As an example: a refund of $1200 means you let the gov't use $100 dollars of your money every month. That $100 a month can be ...

  • Re: homemade deodorant

I live in FL and don't see it as a good option to give up anti-persperants when I'm out and about outside for hours or the day. I am going to try using alcohol, peroxide, or vinegar though as a deoderant when I'm inside and don't sweat as much.
We each have a level of comfort when it comes to finding ways to save money and we can't judge anyone else by our own level.
Ofcourse that's true. I probably have some thrifty habits others might find silly as well. The initial poster however, DID ask for opinions regarding giving up ...
