    Last night was leftover dirty rice and dinner rolls with apple butter.  Tonight is baked pork chops (just plain old shake 'n bake), peas and macaroni & cheese.  We have pudding for dessert.

     Thanks guys!  For microwaveable meals, what would you suggest?  I guess it could really be the same kind of things, just in plastic instead of foil.  Would you still recommend thawing in that case?  If not, how long do you think something should be microwaved for? Hmm...

    Spent $21.90 at Kroger last night.  Got half 'n half, lunchmeat, few snack things, brownie mixes, things to round out the pantry and lunches for the week.  Budget: $250.00  So far this month: $96.59  Left to spend:  $153.41

     When I'm making the pies for Thanksgiving dinner I make sure to have extra dough to make turkey pot pie.  Chunk up turkey meat, mix it with leftover gravy and some frozen mixed vegetables and bake it in a pie crust.     Spent $6.00 at T-Mart on soda.  12 pack of cans and a 2-liter of Ski for DH, 12 pack of cans of Big Red or me.
