    Ooh, those bread varieties sound awesome!  Do you have recipes? I made a whole wheat bread today that was really good: 1 c. lukewarm water 1/8 c. honey 3/8 c. olive oil 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 3 c. whole wheat flour 1 tbsp. yeast

     This sounds like a great idea.  Do you think it would be possible to grind the grain in a food chopper/processor instead of a grain mill?  I can't find the original article, do you have a link to it? How does the cost compare when buying unmilled grains vs. processed flour?   Thanks, Liz
