 My freezer's already full and I'm the only one that eats peppers. I'd be happy to give you the fresh and the frozen peppers.  

 Hubby says he willing to try the stuffed peppers as long as he can't taste the pepper.  I know that sounds silly but he's got it into his head that all peppers are hot.

 Do these freeze well?  I can't eat that many at one time. Well I could but I'd probably never want to look at another pepper.  lol

 My neighbor keeps blessing me with green peppers and I'm the only one here who will eat one but even I can't eat that many. Does anyone have a nice fool-proof recipe for pickled peppers.  I have cider vinegar, dill, dried hot red pepper and some minced garlic.  I'd try making jelly but I don't have any ...

 Pardon my ignorance but do you thaw the chicken first?  I have par-boiled rice.  Will that work? Sounds yummy and I have some chichen breast that need cooking.   Linda
