    Last night was frozen pizza with salad, using last of lettuce and fresh brocolli.  Lunch today was club sandwich using leftover rolls.  Tonight will be leftover pork tenderloin, I will slice thin to make sandwiches & use up the last of wheat buns.  Also baked beans and boxed scalloped potatoes from pantry.  Still ...

  • What to do with apples?

    I have an apple tree that makes little green apples, they turn a little red but when you bite into them, they are very sour.  Any ideas?  Can I cook them down with sugar and make pies or cobblers?  Never had this kind of apples before.
