My Fiance and I like to BBQ a lot of meats at once. We then cool and portion out boneless chicken and fajita slices. Some I make homemade freezer meals with and some is frozen in meal portions for quick reheat in the microwave. I usually serve the chicken over salads, pasta with olive oil, sandwiches, and some times as an ingrediant in King ...

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I went to the farmers market and bought a beautiful Cushaw Squash. I've don't have a lot of experience cooking squash. Any ideas on how to prepare this one? I haven't found many receipes online.

Hi,
I haven't posted on this board in quite a while, but I felt the need to share a video that has brought me much peace in the last week. It's called "Everybody's Free to Wear Sunscreen" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfq_A8nXMsQ
Sorry I forgot how to set up a link, cut and paste the one above in a new ...

I would suggest some hand lotion if you have some you can spare. We're headed towards winter, and that is one thing that I need for my skin. It's also usually something I avoid buying until I have painfully dry skin when money is tight. Another suggestion would be dollar store asprin, bandaids, allergy sinus stuff, and maybe some ...

Hi Everyone!
Just thought I'd let the other fluffy ladies in the group know that until Sunday, Lane Bryant is having a bra sale. The sale is only online though..... Select bras are 2 for $25. For those of us with a large chest, that is something that can be appreciated. I hate bra shopping, I have been lurking Burlington, Marshalls, ...

It has a notebook feature to help you organize you projects, yarn, needles/hooks, and has groups in it. Is anyone here a member already? My user name is "avidwisher" add me if you are! If you would ...

For the last year, I have had to be careful with which soap I buy. Any kind of antibacterial soap makes my hands break out in a painful red rash! The majority of the other soaps make my hands so dry they flake. The only 2 types of soap that are ok on my hands are Ivory dish soap and 7th Generation soap. DH bought some rubber gloves for me, but I ...

Ironic that you guys brought eggs up. I grumbled last night about paying $1.75 for "store brand" large eggs. A year ago I would get these for $1.25 maybe. Everything is going up! Canola oil here (store brand) is $2.09 and it used to be $1.79. Store brand canned milk used to be 45 cents for 12 oz now it's 79 cents and the 6 oz ...

Cinnamonhuskies, it's a tricky one. I think it comes down to you and your DH relationship. If you know he values what they think of two of you, then I would say protect his feelings and continue the gift giving. On the other hand, if he is kind of indifferent on what they think, I say only give what comes from the heart. If it's just ...

I haven't used it since I don't use many coupons. Most of the products I buy rarely offer coupons. You might want to try couponmom.com it is similar and free....
