hello all, the home visit with ds went very well! out 1 being poor and 10 being perfect, the visit was a 8! he has lost 25 pounds and grown 3 inches, i am going to have to buy new jeans, he did very well, had a little problem with shoes,lol but a good visit! he will be home thanksgiving for 4 days !  have to go to the dr. for a well check ...

ds is coming home for his first overnight visit! we are so happy, but a little scared too(ds hasn't been home since aug.) we pick him up friday and bring him back tothe hospital sunday, please keep us in your prayers for this weekend! love ya all

hello all, i know it has been a while since i posted, but we have been very buzy.  john calvin, our ds, is doing great, we had 6 weeks that was very bad for him at the hospitsl, he was out of control, and the dr were trying all types of meds, therapy, ect... and then 3 weeks ago, something just clicked for ds, the meds started working and ...

hi all, cool and crisp here in nc today. dh and i are taking our nince to the n.c. museme of history this afternoon, so i must get moving around here. it makes dh and i feel better doing things with her . ds had a very very bad day at the hosptial yesterday, he was put in isolation last night, for being volient, kicking walls, punching walls, ...

i am so sorry for all of you, i know how it is to lose a pet, or as we call them,"family member", it has been 9 yrs since we  had to put down mickey, our turkish van cat, i still think about the day i will see him across the rainbow bridge, i hope you all feel better soon{{{hugs}}}

deb.. i am so happy for you, dh said that once you both get use to a  schdule, you will not know how you lived without her!, a service dog is a wonderful thing, may God bless both of you!

hello all, it has been a bit since i posted, i have missed the dsc!  i had a flat tire this morning, my sis came from 3 towns away to bring fix-a-flat for me, she is a sweetie, dh and i went to walmart, and bought a new tire since they could not patchit since we use fix a flat, so $73 out, better a new tire since we have to drive from ...
