  • Re: Best time to sell homeschool stuff?

You may want to contact Homeschooling groups in your area to find out if there is a date/time that the homeschoolers get together to sell their stuff. My homeschooling folks sell their stuff here in N.E. Ohio on May 19th at a Homeschoolers' Book Fair held at the local college.  Those of us who have stuff to sell will register ...

  • Re: How do I get caught up!

I was on bedrest with my pregnancies and my hubby took a layoff with one of them, as well.  Don't forget to talk to your utility companies and explain the situation.  My phone company let me pay the minimums.  My gas company completely waived the bill while we were in financial straits and then put us on a payment plan of the ...

  • Re: Lonely "only" homeschooled teen

You might want to try the local bookstores or libraries.  If you have a Boys and Girls Club in the area, you might see about her getting involved with it. Annie

  • Re: Parenting: The Plans, The Reality

What did we plan?  We planned a life to be so-called normal with kids.  House, car, 2.5 kids, the white picket fence.  What we didn't plan on was three high risk pregnancies.  I had preterm labor with all three and was on bedrest with all three.  I was in bed with our oldest child, a son, from 20 weeks on and delivered ...

  • Re: How much is your electric bill?

Completely off-topic here, but I was wondering: PinkLemonade, Have you noticed a real difference with the ionic breeze and allergies?  Just about all of us in the house have allergies, especially seasonal ones and to dust mites. If the ionic breeze works, I may save up for one.  If it doesn't, I don't want to waste my ...

  • Re: Soy milk

I use the soymilk by the expiration date.  I have yet to find out what fermented soymilk looks, smells like, or tastes like.  It doesn't last long enough in my house to find out.  My question is if anyone knows if you can freeze soymilk?  That might be a solution to Lionness' problem here.  If you can freeze it ...
