My DIL had hers Monday. She was trying since Friday evening. Finally had to have a CSection.
I did my taxes and efiled them. (even if the irs won't look at them until the 30th)
Bathed the dog.
Shopped for cars online for ds#2 to look at this weekend.
Set in place one pair of kitchen cabinets that i could handle myself.
(last weekend dh and I laid new carpeting in the utility room and the kitchen.)
My son and his wife welcomed a baby boy Monday Jan 21st!
10 lbs 1 oz. and 22 " long. Took 3 days for her to deliver him. Looks just like my son and my husband.
I'm part of the grandma club now. ;)
Heavy, wet, gloppy snow all day long. Temps are starting to drop so the wind picked up and changed to snow. No power outtage here yet but ds#1 has scattered outtages in his town. Red cross set up a warming shelter. We'll see what tomorrow brings. i got stuck in the driveway in 3 places today.
i used to buy coupons from a gal named Carol on the eastcoast. She listed them on her blogspot, i think it was a .net addy.........i can't find her email or website because I changed my email server last january and paypal doesn't keep any info longer than 3 months.
Dang i used to buy coupons from her for .02 - .04 cents each.
$128 for electricity but for heat we have wood. Exception is ds#2 has a electric heater that looks like a little wood stove in his bedroom and uses it at night only. He is gone all day at work. I haven't used any oil backup yet this year, and our natural gas connection hasnt been connected anything yet to use. No no heat expense yet.
12" or more forcast between 7am tomorrow morning and 7pm Friday evening. Worse yet, dh and ds#2 are driving to a jobsite that is 70 miles one way.
