    What's for Christmas Dinner???

I have decided that since life has been go hectic, I want to make something I can prepare ahead for Christmas Dinner. So I have decided on the following

    Seafood Bisque

    Hot chicken Salad Casserole

Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, Garlic and Shallots

    Baked Potatoes

    Green Salad

    Cranberry Relish

    Rolls

     Pie and Christmas Cookies

Later in the day we will have appetizers while we watch Christmas Movies. A holiday tradition. Looking forward to a relaxing stress free day. What's happening at your house.

    Sounds nice!

I don't know what's for dinner on Christmas yet . . . it's at my mom's but I know I'll bring something.  I'll probably bring a substantial side dish that's vegetarian for us to have something to eat plus a dessert of some sort.

My family usually has ham for Christmas, though, so I'm sure that will be there.

Ham for sure ... perhaps a carrot-rutabaga mash.  After that, I'm not sure .. I'd like to find a recipe for a fresh-cranberry sauce.

I am not sure what we will have for dinner. My Dad is having snacks at 2 p.m. on Christmas Day We normally do not have a huge dinner because we eat so much food this time of year. I have a whole ham in the freezer that I got from the food pantry last week. I am not sure if I will use it for Christmas or wait until New Year's Day. I usually cook ham, cabbage and black eyed peas on New Year's.

    coleslaw, cranberry sauce, stuffing, gravy.
