    Pumpkin Mousse

This recipe for Pumpkin Mousse from Hillbilly Housewife looks good. Has anyone tried it or used a different recipe for it?

The holidays are a time for indulgence. January is the time for resolutions and moaning about having eaten too much. LOL!

I need a few things to make this one.

This is amazing.  I'm gluten intolerant and on WW (this is 2 pts/cup), so this is perfect for me.  You can also put this into a graham cracker crust.

Part of our family has celiac & eats gluten-free.  A great substitute for graham cracker crust is crushed MiDell Ginger cookies. They are great with anything pumpkin & do a good job with cheesecakes as well.  I think their pecan cookies would work well, too, but DGD has a tree nut allergy, so I can't use those.
