This one addresses many of the concerns that have popped up here. I'd like to see more information about it and encourage others to take a look at it.  

I like One Paycheck at a Time, www.OnePaycheckataTime.com.  The site offers a free ebook and budgeting program to people who join.  There are money saving articles and ideas to get out of debt on the website.  The budgeting tool is a good way to track expenses and know where your money is going.

 I've tried a few of her recipes, and they were great.  She also has a "Kitchen Tips Tuesdays" that readers can share tips; I've picked up a couple of really good tips from there.
 

My favorite blog is cheapdiva.net.  Unlike other style related "budget" sites there are no "bargain" handbags for $200.00.  Most of the fashion featured is under $100.00, most of the beauty products featured are things you find at Walmart and the home decor stuff featured is also budget friendly.  There are also articles on cheap entertaining and money saving stratagies.

 http://www.inboxdollars.com/  this one is for inbox dollars, where you do paid emails, if you shop online, you can get some of your purchases discounted and or partly rebated back, when you have 30? they mail you a check (minus 3 for a processing fee) takes a while to get up to the set amount...mines at 41.83 (im saving it until it reaches 150 or more....long time iknow, but when i get it up to that, that will be 3 full student loan payments at once)...yeah thats my referal link, because it was easiest, if you have other people sign up under you you get 5 also, and you can do surveys too..i dont recomend most of the offers because most fo them sound good, they really are not frugal because you ahve to pay for some of them
