How cute! Saw something similiar to this I planned to try this year. Mix sugar cookie dough with green food coloring and cut with a tree-shaped cutter. Bake as usual. Once they're cool, dip both long edges in melted white chocolate chips (guess you could use almond bark, too) to "frost the branches." Cute and easy, so think I'll put aside a batch of sugar cookie dough for these, and a batch for candy cane cookies.
