    Shared Purchasing Power

     Hi,

I am looking for individuals or restaurants in the Chicago area that would like to share an order of 2000lbs of ground beef.  I can take around 700lbs.  If I could find 4 more people to share this ground beef order, we probably could get the beef for at least half of the price at the grocery store. If anyone is interested in chicken, I could share an order of that as well.

I am just looking at ways to stretch my dollar!

Let me know if you are interested.

    Thanks,

    Shari

What does one person do with 700 pounds of ground beef? That would take me years to use, yikes.

    Re: Shared Purchasing Power

     Hi,

Good question.  I am actually starting a new company and need to order a ton in order to get a good price.  The distributors want a lot of money for less than a ton.  If I could find 4-6 more people, they could get a really good price on 200-300lbs... A chest freezer only cost $30/yr to operate.
