my mil Thai noodle salad recipe

This is an easy salad, one of those ones you adjust to your tastes. quantity of ingredients depends on the amount of noodles.

    THAI  SALAD

RICE OR EGG NOODLES (chow mein noodles), COOK LIKE WHAT  IT SAYS ON PACK.

     MIX TO TASTE --

    GARLIC POWDER

    DRY CHILI PEPPER FLAKES,

    1-2 TBLSP.  OIL

    1-2 TBLSP. SOYASAUCE

Dice  CELERY, PEPPERS (ANY COLOUR) GREEN ONION. About 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of each.

MIXING ALL SPICES, CELERY PEPPER AND GREEN ONION IN SOYA SAUCE & OIL in a large bowl, ADD NOODLES

MIX UNTIL ALL NOODLES ARE COATED.

ADD cooked MEAT SLICED VERY THIN if wanted

THIS SALAD IS GOOD HOT OR COLD.

MAKE A DAY OR TWO AHEAD TO GET MORE FLAVOUR.

My mother in law adds roasted peanuts to the salad, very yummy.
