Not sure. I havent looked it up recently. They kept changing it. It is going in savings or to help pay for roof repair. We have the roof Ok for now so may wait til fall for the real fix. Babs

DW has registered to take a class toward her BA degree over the summer so the rebate will pay that instead of the money coming out of savings. Or if the bill for the class comes first the rebate will go back into savings.

    Received $1800.

$300-Paid for animal boarding for our vacation so didn't have to use savings.

Remaining $1500 is being held to use for rental property expenses while we find a new tenant and do some maintenance/repairs to the property.  This will also keep us from taking money from savings to do this, which is what we would have done (we have savings to cover these expenses between tenants so nice not to have to use it).

Any leftover will be split between savings and debt repayment.

Not quite what I had originally planned to do with it but it is keeping our savings in tact and I am overall happy with that!

We bought a new lawn mower and some other yard tools. My husband used the remainder of the rebate for truck repairs.

We got $1,200 (two singles w/joint checking).

$450 will go to pay for gas and outings while in MD for my brother's HS graduation

$300 was spent on new clothes and household items (all needed and dual purpose items)

$144 so far has gone to two new back tires on my truck (definitely needed! too many nails to patch)

The remainder will go to fixing the truck and into savings.

Good question on when they will mail paper checks. If anyone finds out, please post it here?
According to their website, ours will be mailed. Our bank changed, but we haven't moved since we filed. Their website says if that happens, the direct deposit will bounce back to them, and they will issue a paper check. . . but it doesn't say when. Hubby said he thought he heard July, but isn't sure.

We were one of the Early ones.  Direct deposit about a month or so ago.  Got $1,200 (Joint DH and myself).  It is still in the bank.  Have not spent it yet.  We have spent it a couple of times in our minds.  Hubby wants a new leather sofa, also want a new china cabinet that goes with our dining room table.  Don't know what we will do.  We have several ways we could spend it.  We just bought a new house (2 months ago).  Need to do window treatments in the dining room and living room. (all one big room with 16 foot ceilings). Still need to do some planting in the back yard, and they don't give plants away, even though some of the ladies in our church gave us some of their day lilies and monkey grass they were splitting.  The day lilies are blooming their little heads off, so pretty.

We are going on a small trip to Hattiesburg, MS tomorrow, but that is within the normal budget.  Going to see my bil graduate from the police academy.  Big celebration, as he is 56 years old.  This is his third career.  Was in the Navy, worked Civil Service (Post Office) and now the police department.  He is the oldest one graduation.  They call him the "Old Man".

I put mine in a savings account with my other tax refund and plan to use it to cover the cost of next year day care for my daugher school.  So... basically, its gone.
