I also grow and dry my own herbs. Usually, I cluster small sets, rubberband the ends, then use a paperclip (unwound) to hang them in a closet to dry. I also dry on screens. This year I'm trying Italian Parsley 'cause I was making pasta over the winter, trying different Italian recipes, and a lot of times it called for Italian Parsley. My I.P. seedlings are doing good, but haven't planted them outdoors yet.
