    cheese and olive bread

    it spring and we eat out side alot have plenty of picnic

    1 cup self raising flour

    2/3cup finel grated parmesan cheese

    1/2 teaspoon finely chopped black pepper

    1 cup seeded black olves chopped finely

    4 oz mortadella chopped finely

    4 eggs beaten lightly

    2 1/2 oz butter melted lightly oil a loaf pan  to a meduim bowl add flour , cheese ,

    mint, pepper olives mortadella . 

    stir in eggs and butter mix until well combined

    spread mix into preparped pan  ba uncovered at 400 about 35 minutes or until

    browned lightly and cooked through  turn on wire rack to cool.
