its not cost effective if you put all the ingrediants in the machine then start it and realize after its started that you forgot to put in the kneading blade! oops had to toss the beginnings of chocolate bread today! i was so mad at myself...not cost effective....tommorow will be better

Dear Latte & All, Bread is very forgivign, even in a bread machine.  If you ever have a technical error like frogetting to insert in the kneading blade again, hit "Stop," scoop out the dough into a bowl, insert the blade into the macine, & spoon teh dough back, & hit "Start."  I'd be very surpirsed if you didn't get good results.

geeze i could have done that! i didnt even think about it, i just tossed it all intot the garbage can! now i know better
