We'll be getting somewhere in the region of $3500 to $4000 back, federal and state combined. Most of it will probably go towards our two kids' college expenses, but my DH will likely want to buy at least one big ticket item. Usually I get a little irritated with that, but this time I think he's considering a new hard drive for my old desktop, so I'm not going to complain. My old one is practically an antique. LOL

Well, I haven't received my tax refund yet.  But, it should be about 2500.00.  I work for a school during the winter months.  Once school is over in June, I will work part-time in a daycare.  My refund goes directly into my savings account to hold me over until school starts again in August.  This refund will carry me over, thus I can still have some time off.
