    hi there I am new to this web site but I couldnt help reading your note on that apple cider vinegar and it does work - somehow - he helps you lose the weight - it does taste bad but not as good as watching the scale go down feels - give it another shot!!! and tell me how you made out. merchede

    I have recently come acrossa book called..Eating Right for your Blood Type by Peter J. d'Amamo

     It explains why there are different blood types, and what foods are good, neutral and bad for each blood type...(something I had never thought of)...The food choices are enourmous, food you can buy in any store, so it isn't some exotic thing...also discusses, high blood pressure, weight loss, and the causes of stress and how dangerous it is, especially over a long period of time

     although I don't think its the miracle cure for everything, I think it can help alleviate alot of the medical problems we have today,

    the book is right there to read, just press the lil  goody.on the right  ... next to it, and scroll down  and the + sign will make the print bigger...found it quite interesting to read myself

    Went to the library after I saw this and found 2 more books by the author....Live right for your blood type and Cook right for your blood type.  Will let you know what I think after done reading.

     Yes, I noticed he had other books listed on his website...other then just the eat right...only thing I know for sure is lady that told me about it...had asthma, bronchitus, and several other ailments plus she was quite overweight...she has lost alot of weight and all the other symptoms she had have disappeared...thanks for letting me know, as I haven't been to the library yet...

    After world war 2 my mother told me for burns alloe vera,bee stings or any bug bite onionskins sorry never installed software for the spell check but you all get the ideal...

    After the war they just couldn't afford to go to the docter and that was at the time germany...

    since I am here...just remembered...to keep the flies outside...if you spray Avon Skin So Soft w/water on your screens doors, etc..just mix it 50-50  half water, half skin so soft...lady told me they use on their horses all the time and works for most every biting insect...

    onion skins do help only thing I hate about it the juice from the skin goes on from the skin and put the skin on the bite takes away the swelling and most of the red out and Avon you got that one on the nose works very well.....:)
