I made French toast for breakfast yesterday and it tasted different and I couldn't figure out why. After reading the recipe I realized I forgot the vanilla. It was good but it just didn't taste right to me. That's what happens when you get caught up in a conversation with DH when you are trying to cook,lol.

I make mine with Texas toast .. if works wonderful  my children and DH will ask for thing stuffed in it  they love fruit and cream DD wants honey butter in hers  we make alot French toast here ...

I have had it without and it's not the same.

I have messed up dishes while the kids were trying to talk to me. My husband usually leaves me alone.

you are blessed I got the husband problem  I just stop and wait then he wanders off I can finish.

My husband is not too keen on having ruined food so he tries hard not to make that happen.
