    Re: Classic French Toast

I made French toast for breakfast yesterday and it tasted different and I couldn't figure out why. After reading the recipe I realized I forgot the vanilla. It was good but it just didn't taste right to me. That's what happens when you get caught up in a conversation with DH when you are trying to cook, lol.

I have had it without and it's not the same.

I have messed up dishes while the kids were trying to talk to me. My husband usually leaves me alone.

My husband is not too keen on having ruined food so he tries hard not to make that happen.
