unless the rain is really miserable..doesn't stop anyone here. so they do basically the same thing...arts and crafts, play with toys, tv, video games, reading, homework.
just the swimming, sprinklers, eating things like freezers tend to be out and not playing outside as much. now if it snowed they would be outside playing alot!
