    our DSL Line

    from Saturday night to the morning at 8 am our DSL line was out . no internet  each and very

    time I calll they said within the 3 window  finallly we called at 10:30 last night and they said just a

     few minutes more we finally wen to bed this morning    it working  this am  

    why didnt they just tell us the truth .

    Yikes ... tell them you want a credit for the time you were without service.

    I agree ..ask for ...no demand credit for the time it was off . You shouldn`t have to pay for a service that wasn`t available to use .

     A leter or phone call to whoever heads your service would be a good idea, I think.

    we called and nothing here sometimes a company  acts like they did you a favor getting it back on .

    Try again and if they say no ... ask for a supervisor.   If that doesn't work, does your state have an agency that oversees utilties ... they usually have some kind of consumer councilor. ...
