I don't use many spices but I always use black pepper in cooking.  Cannot find white pepper as much as you used to.  Other than that, it would be seasoning salt.  Sally

cumin or chili powder. I use a lot of cumin, and I just can't seem to find any large containers of it lately. So I use up a lot of little containers.

well it was garlic powder but got a big cheap bag in the ethic aisle so solved that problem.   cumin, ginger, cinnamon, salt...I normally forget the same thing over and over..whatever it may be!

A lot. My DH and I are both originally from California, so many Mexican dishes are on our dinner menus in our home. Enchiladas, chili, tostadas, nachos, carne quisada, etc. I also use it in my brisket recipe, and in my breading for fried chicken (gives it a little kick), and red beans with rice.

We also use a lot of Mexican spices but cinnamon is my most purchased item...I also purchase alot of cilantro but it has to be fresh. The freeze dried stuff has an off taste.
