    Using Roast

     Roasts are one of the great foods for cooking in bulk. What do you do with your leftovers to make more meals?

    -quick stove top stew, using a Campbells tomato soup recipe

    -stroganoff over egg noodles

    -crockpot stew

    -BBQ sandwiches

    -roast beef hash

    -stir fry


    -grind it up in the food processor and make a sheppard's pie out of it, instead of using grnd beef

    shredded beef sandwiches
    BBQ beef sandwiches
    beef & noodles
    veg. beef soup
    shredded beef tacos/fajitas
