    Kosher Salt

     Deb ,can  you explain the difference in Kosher Salt and Sea Salt?

    I was ask this question and realized that I dont know . Thank for the information

    Dear Babs, I know that Kosher salt is very large pieces of salt, BUT I don't know how large sea salt tends to be.  Furthermore, I don't know whether Kosher salt can be sea salt, either.  Sorry to be such an empty fount of knowledge!  Why not post your question in the general Foods Forum -- Brianschef would know, I'm certain.  Yours in Him, Deb

    Thanks Deb, I was confused too. Sea salt can be bigger pieces too but dont know if it always is. Have a good day, Babs
