*** N Span powder still available??

I only buy it once a year, to clean mine and my mil's cabinets and walls.  Only one store has carried it the last few years, and now it's not there at all.  I pulled it up on the 'net for a product find, and it kept saying the info was not available for my area, so I don't know if that means it's not around here anywhere (St. Louis) or it's been discontinued altogether.

Has anyone seen it or know anything about it?  I've tried the liquid and there's no comparison, too weak for what I want to clean -  I need the 'grit' for the grease and grime on my cabinets.  Liz.

ETA:  Lol at the edit...sorry, don't know how to replace it...

Yeah, it's always been high-priced, but worth it to me, good stuff.  Is the store that carries it in your area a chain store that I could check on here?  Liz

Do a google on it, I found a 27 oz box of it for $5.69 at teebop.com.  Or ask the manager of your grocery store to see if they can get it in.

The store I posted about is a Foodland store have you throught about checking the bottle and see if there is a toll free# and ask the mfg. of the product where it may be found in your area and as Jim posted maybe your grocery store manager could order it for you.  The produce is not avilable in our Walmart Supercenter.

No, our Supercenters don't carry it either.  Hmm, don't have any Foodland around here.  There's one more store I'm going to try and then I'm going to see about ordering some on-line or requesting my store order/carry it.  Thanks for the info, everyone!  Liz.

Too funny! When I first saw this thread last night, my eyes were playing tricks on me, and I thought you said SPAM powder. I thought to myself, "Ewww, why would anyone want powdered Spam?" Stick out tongue

Then I noticed the profanity filter kicked in, but it took me a while to understand what exactly got edited out. Only when I saw that you were asking about scouring powder did it all come together for me...

(It was a long day yesterday...LOL)
