    pinto bean pie

    Pinto Bean Pie

     2 eggs

    1 1/2 cups sugar

    1/2 cups butter

     1/2 cups pinto's (drained & mashed, no salt)

     1/2 cup coconut

    1 tsp.vanilla

     1 pie shell

     Beat eggs and other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees.45 minutes to 1 hour
