Good morning, sorry thread is late.

No spend week!

Should be no money out today.  Sometime this week I have to buy water and cornbread mix and that should do it for me, but not today!

I'm in again too.  Should be a no spend day here today. No money out for anything that I know of.  All meals will be from home.

I'm in as always!  Spent a little too much over the weekend!

Today I have to buy treat bag stuff and a couple other things for DS class party.  I hope to get reimbursed for most of it though, depends on donations from the class.  Otherwise no money out!

I'm in as well!  Reality has hit hard with our budget.  I'm trying to find ways to loosen things up but I'm not sure how it's going to work.  Keeping out fingers crossed.

So far today has been wonderful.  DS had an appointment for his orhtodonture, the $175 charge was reduced to $0.  DH asked and was told we were good patients.  Then the dog ate DS's retainer.  So we had to have that remade and we weren't charged for that either.  DS has to write a letter explaining what happened to his retainer then they'll post it on their bulletin board.  So today has been a stretchy day! 

It is great that you do not have to pay to have the retainer replaced.

Today was a no spend day, and tomorrow should be too. I did use gas to get to and from my classes and to and from the gym- same as tomorrow.

Those are great little unexpected pluses Striving! 

No money out today.  Made our dinner and got our lunches ready for tomorrow.

I have to go to the market tomorrow night to buy some Jiffy Mix for corn muffins.  Cheap.... Should only be a few bucks out.

Then no money out for the rest of the week, IF I CAN HELP IT!

some money in which was nice!  deposited my swimming lesson refund 21.50, mileage check for the year so $45 lol not much driving.  plus the money dh gave me from the inlaws for the veggies and webkins clothes about $31  not a lot but all money that I had put out. 

spent $6.86 on my prescription, bad waiting for that, got corn chips, box of corn dogs,loaf of wonder bread apricot oatmeal muffins, bag of halloween candy, gallon of milk and bananas about $34   shouldn't do this after work before dinner!   at least most was on sale.

I stopped on the pet store and picked up a big 10lb bag of cat science diet about $42 dollars plus two bags of parrot seed and one of cockatiel seed so $78 and change. 

not a stretchy day.  yesterday was the pumpkin patch and veggies and eggs from the market stand there.  I think when people see my shopping carts they must think I buy a lot of junk or strange things!  I shop at different places for different things.

still have gas and car insurance this week!

at least the requests for party food for the kids can come out of the pantry. 

Only planned expenses this week.  I have to get some groceries, gas, and Dh is getting tires for our Dd's car.  Not a cheap purchase at all.  Otherwise, no other spending.

Ended up getting reimbursed for the supplies I spent for DS class.  Yay!  So in the end, I'll only spend about $5 on his class party thanks to other volunteers.

But, tightening out belts as much as possible and I am going to be a crazy ebay seller for the next few weeks.  Our tenant gave notive and is moving in a month.  Bad time to be trying to find a tenant-I have so much going on that it's tough to add one more thing to the list.  Plus, even if we rent it right away, there are still costs associated, we will likely need to cover at least part of the mortgage for that property ourselves.  I have cash stored away for this reason butwe did deplete some of it with medical bills after the baby was born this summer.  I'm glad I didn't drain the whole thing as I was worried about this very thing.

Anyway, going to have as few low to no spend days as possible!
