    Re: Early Estate Planning

My lawyer made me do a handwritten will prior to my 1994 divorce when I was going to have surgery.

She made me do a nice legal will in 2007 prior to my meeting someone for lunch.

My lawyer does her best to protect me. She's the person who said that my Guardian Angel hates someone in my life and that is why my Guardian Angel protects me just so I can be a thorn in the side to that person.

I had a will when I married 34 years ago  my DH had one made after we married ...  we update when DH had cancer 4 years ago then when I inherited I updated again .. Having young children we had to make arrangements ..

    telling family is hard too.
