I know my neighbor has complained about the toughness of the meat. She said they do what they would normally do before grilling the steaks/rib eyes. So she didnt get one this month. I have been eating the chicken, saving the beef/pork for when my hubby returns home from deployment.
After reading this and talking to her, my plan is to let it marinate 24 hours. This is what my parents have always done with their meat. I do think the chicken is way better than years past. It used to all be breaded or yuck, now its more skin on but I take that off and if its the breast I just take out the bone, I like it just fine. The chicken nuggets are pretty good too. I dont care for the flavor but my 3 year old dont notice. I guess its a taste preference. :)
