    My New Stuff

The book on Biology, the science kit and a freebie book came in!!

I am still looking it all over to form opinions on it's value to our school since both the book and kit are new to me.

Esp. since the boys are teens now, i am excited over new school stuff way more than them!

Hope the Biology book is helpful for you and that your dh is agreeable with it. My son just started that one on Monday along with the History of Medicine. He finished the Chemistry and Physics ones. He said he enjoyed the Chemistry more than the Physics because it was more reality and less theory.

Having one so much younger than the first two has been a real help to me in dealing with the older ones growing up. I have no idea what I'll do when she is older but I think I will be better prepared as I have gone through it.

My husband and I have both looked over the Biology book. My son should be able to read through the sections, outline and write his reports without as much hand holding from me. My husband looked it over and found the details to be more what he would expect so he is satisfied with this series as additional material for us.

I should begin using it next week and I'll report back again on how it works out in real use.
