Today I received not one, but two emails from another magazine I paid for a renewal for, billing me. It seems as if almost all of them are doing this now.

I wonder if there is a place to complain about this? I get really upset when they do this, probably because I never order anything without paying for it first - and because it is just such a hassle to deal with them.

Also,  my HP colour printer cartridge ran out. I went to WalMart and found that they have d/c'd selling the colour (or black) cartridges singly. You have to buy a combination packet of both, to the tune of more than $70.00. Don't kow if this is just this WalMart, but that HP is doing this makes me upset.

Finally found an HP colour cartridge at Boxes and Cans Store for $14.00.

I don't like to buy HP cartridges at Walmart. They do not last as long as the HP cartridges I get elsewhere.

 This has happened to me. I spent about 2 hours on the internet looking for a number to call to complain. Finally I had a thought about the parent company and voila! I had it. After a really long time going through press 1's, 3's.... and so on I finally got to speak to a real live person!!!! The person to whom I spoke to said to ingore the second bill because it's a mistake, and you'll keep getting the magazine. 

I sold my HP printer because the cartidges cost more than the printer. I bought a Lexmark printer and so far it has been less expensive all around.

 I think I will sell my printer, too. It is ridiculously expensive to maintain. I'll shop around for one that doesn't cost more than the original price after a few refills.
