    In the years of reading dollar stretcher etc, a common thread is people paying off medical debts. Most of what would be covered in Canada. We would be in debt too! There are no copays when I see the doctor.  Crowns would cost about the same. I think mine a bridge was $400.00 about 7 years ago.  Also I know our drugs costs are lower.  We couldn't afford all the costs you have, and not because you have 7 kids.  Just the copays, basic insurance, the problems of getting coverage would be a financial problem for most of us.

     One of the GREAT benefits with dh's new job at a state university!

    He just told me he gets to use the gym for free and for pennies each week to swim or use equipment.
