Can someone tell me if turkey Italian sausage tastes the same as the regular sausage? Does it taste like turkey?

 Turkey sausage does not have all the spices that regular sausage but its all that i eat. Try it and if you dont like it i am sure you could add spices to it. Turkey sausage is not greasy like regular but it dont taste like turkey 

 No, it doesn't taste at all like turkey, but I don't think it tastes the same as regular Italian sausage.  That may be just me, though.

If you make it yourself and put a little extra of each spice in it, it probably will taste better than regular Italian sausage.

Anyone know where I can get turkey pepperoni, or if I can make it?  Regular pepperoni is just too greasy!
