i am amazed! a company that responded almost immediately to a complaint about a product i have used for years! i emailed 3M about dobie dish-scrubbing pads, saying they seemed to be deteriorating rapidly. they asked for info about package code numbers, etc, and said they would replace the product i was unhappy with. they asked me to send back, at their expense, the ones i had on hand, including packaging. in about 1 week, i got 2 new packages of pads, and a postage due return label for my returned product. wow! they know how to make a happy customer!
