    Homemade Apple or Pear Chips

Remove the core from rinsed apples or rinsed pears. Slice thin. Bake on a silicone baking mat or on a lightly oiled baking sheet at 375 degrees until crisp. This should be 20-30 minutes.

About how long will these stay good after cooking them? Would they keep any longer in the fridge?
