Dear ALl, I'm not getting email, this Forum's post or anything on my Freebies site dated today Th the 18th.  Firsst,, I went nto Control Panel & saw that it said that it was 3-soomething on teh 17th.  I corrected the daate & time & applied.  Now te date & time are right on the lower right-hand corner of the screen (IE 6), but I ssstill am not getting anything froom today.  Can anyone help?  Or tell me a site that would help me?  TIA!!!  Yours in Him, Deb  PS I have a Lenovo desktop computer3000 J Series Model No 8258 JCU.  Maybe someone hacked me?

 Deb, I don't get the posts as e-mails, but for what it's worth, I've had trouble posting on another forum this afternoon, it won't recognize my log-in, yet nothing has changed on my end. It is now both happening with Firefox and Internet Explorer. It was fine this morning. I was told by the adminstrator that it is thought to be a bug with Firefox. Maybe there is a bug going around that hasn't been caught by anti-virus software?  I understand your frustration.  Edey

Dear Luvd_Lioness, I have egg on my face!  I awoke so early, but thought it was AM.  I do that sometimes, it's a symptom of my emotional problems (it's called dissociation.).  I apologize to you & ever yone else for my intrusion by seeking help that was of a totally different type than I need!  I didn't need computer help, but emotional help!  Those bedbugs have really gotten to me more than I had known!  Love in Him, Deb

Dear All, I went back into Control Panel, changed the date bacck to teh 17th, AND made the time indicator tell me whether it is PM or AM, so I can't flub up agaain as I did tonight.  I also made a digital clock that I have on my desk indicate whether it is PM or AM.  With both of those time signals, I should be able to telll whether it is still night or whether it is morning. 

Dissociation is a hard disease.  It is a rare psychiatric condition (I have all the RARE diseases, LOL!).  I also have PTSD & bipolar, but teh dissociation causes me the most problems.

I was wondering if something was different, since it was late and I know you are normally a early riser and early to bed kind of person. Don't worry. Hope you are able to get some rest and see the 18th in a sunny way now. 

Not that this will help, since you've figured out your problem, but you can tell the difference between IE6 and IE7 by whether your browser has tabs (and allows you to open tabs from the File menu). If you don't tabs or the ability to open tabs, you have IE6. Tabs are new with IE7.

Don't worry about your confusion. It happens to everyone at some time or another. When it happens to me, I just tell people "airhead strikes again".

Yes, Dear Luvd_Lioness, Today the 18th is a bright sunshiny day!  (Actually, we have our normal morning summer fog, but you can tell from the sky whether it will burn off in teh 11AM-1PM range of time.)  Thanks for your commiseration always, through your own pain of fibromyalgia & IBS.  Love in Him, Deb
