Linda Cecil will you be joining again? I bet it won't be as bad as you think, littlepitcher! For myself, it is a struggle to lose and keep off the weight. Even though I feel so much better when I do lose it, I tend to get lazy and it creeps right back up.
So for today I will walk at least 2 miles and keep track of my food intake.
