Mine is! I bought 3 cases of cheese last night for $18.00 a case (came out to $1.50 for 8 ounces or $0.1875 an ounce. According to my price book, the next best price I've bought cheese at was on 09/19/08 when it was $4.99 for 24 ounces or $0.2079 an ounce, and I remember thinking what a STEAL that was because cheese is usually more like $7.00 for 24 ounces). Since even my super-sale cheese is $3.00 a pound, I wonder how much cheese Mr. Yeager eats. :D You can check Kroger ads online at www.kroger.com

I didn't see anything in the mid-atlantic region ad, but would it even be in the ad?

 we dont have a Kroger here in our area i wish we did i see the add on the web and i would love to go shopping there 

King Sooper's (which belongs to Kroger, and sells Kroger's store brand) is having the same sale... the thing is, much of it is marked "save X with purchase of 10 qualifying items", and much of it is things I don't eat anyway, so it doesn't do much me good.

 Our local Kroger-owned store, Scotts, is having a case sale.  They did not have the cheese you mentioned.  They did have things like Jiffy Muffins for .40 but I can get those for .33 at other stores.  In fact, IMO, most of their prices were a bit high on the items compared to what I find at Aldi or on sale in other stores.

 I don't have Kroger in my area, but I was at Aldi today and they have all their 8 oz blocks of cheese (regular $1.99) on sale for $1.29.  Not sure if this is a chain-wide sale or just in my area.  I took advantage of it and bought 4 blocks; probably should have gotten more and put it in the freezer.

A food store that sells krogger brand types of food is QFC and fred Mayers those sell the krpgger stuff buy the way joyous nice sale you got of a case of cheese...:)

 same here maziemom we have a aldi and the cheese is on sale here too great store i love it
