I get coupons by mail that way from HT.

Also, register for the different newsletters. The Wellness one gets you discounted food once a month.

I was told by several managers at my HT that I get better deals/emails than most customers because of how I shop with my VIC card. One time I got a free salad from the deli that no one else got at my store.

I just read my flyers, do my list, and use coupons that I find & I do really well on sales.

I buy mostly HT brand for cream & butter.

I also registered my MVP card from Food Lion.

When i did the vic card, I gave my email addy. Did that register me or do I need to go to the site?

Have you remembered to register for eVIC at Harris Teeter ?

That's how I get the notices of certain deals not generally known to other shoppers.

I hit Harris Teeter on Thursday and I saved over $100.00 with my VIC card.

I bought mostly meats plus the furnace filters were on sale. I try to get them at 20% off the regular price.
